We are looking for experienced developers to join the team and work with on Web and Logic App solutions. We offer opportunities for Developers to study Azure cloud technology such as Logic Apps and Azure functions. We are at the cutting edge of new technology in our space.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Quick start preferred

Looking for candidates living in the Philippines, near Quezon City or Manila, and willing to work full-time remotely. Your skill set should include:

Strong knowledge of the ASP.NET Core/ASP.NET MVC Framework

Proficient in C#, MS SQL Server

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

Knowledge in Design architectural patterns (e.g. Models-Views-Controllers (MVC)

Knowledge Architecture styles/APIs (RPC, REST, SOAP)

Strong understanding of the object-oriented programming principles

Skill for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code

Skill for writing reusable libraries

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

Integration development (especially EDI) (3 years minimum on variety of projects)

Experience working with EDI\AS2

Experience working with XSLT

Ideally you will also have skills in:

Operations/Support

Azure Logic Apps

BizTalk

Azure Service Bus

Azure DevOps Server

Azure in general

Other requirements:

Experience in EDI – Logistics Project Development is ideal. (Knowledge in Electronic Data Interchange programming/mapping: ANSI X12, EDIFACT and other Standards)

A minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a related position.

Bachelor’s Degree is required. An MBA degree is preferable.

You must be able to work at least 8 hours per day in the AEST time zone 9am – 5pm (6am or 7am – 3pm or 4PM Manila, depends on daylight saving time) and extended hours when needed.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Must be able to present well in phone and screen sharing situations with your remote colleagues.

Project Manager (Remote/Homebased/Team Meet-up)

You will provide major support in providing analytical and managerial tasks to make our clients’ projects triumphant. This opportunity offers work-from-home set-up with occasional onsite team meetings in Metro Manila. Our work schedule starts at 9am – 5pm (6am or 7am – 3pm or 4PM Manila, depends on daylight saving time) or could be earlier depending on project needs. Personal and annual leave are also offered.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments toproject constraints based on financial analysis 
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs 

Requirements: 

• Proven working experience in project management in I.T. industry for at least 3-5 years
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, also in written.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools
• Project management certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
