Project Manager (Remote/Homebased/Team Meet-up)

Cloudster Connect is a SaaS software company building solutions for the ecommerce and logistics industries. We are a small company growing rapidly and we’re looking for talented and hardworking folks to join our team and contribute their skills and passion to making our clients successful. 

You will provide major support in providing analytical and managerial tasks to make our clients’ projects triumphant. This opportunity offers work-from-home set-up with occasional onsite team meetings in Metro Manila. Our work schedule starts at 9am – 5pm (6am or 7am – 3pm or 4PM Manila, depends on daylight saving time) or could be earlier depending on project needs. Personal and annual leave are also offered.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments toproject constraints based on financial analysis 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs 


  • Proven working experience in project management in I.T. industry for at least 3-5 years
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, also in written.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
